Shipping Policy

We welcome store pickup to avoid shipping charges. Items are shipped via GROUND Travel. Large items are shipped on a pallet via a freight company with economical service. If you need a  faster service, please contact your sales representative. Items are shipped 1-5 business days from receipt of payment. The Buyer will be responsible for all shipping, packing and handling fees on shipments. We only ship to a physical address. INTERNATIONAL shipments require a wire transfer in advance. The Buyer is responsible for all foreign taxes or duties. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items damaged in shipping must be claimed within five (5) days of receipt.
